A 501(c)(3) recovery community organization given a brand drawn from its own walls: a palette lifted from the wingspread mural on the building, a donor experience called Fuel the Flight, and the playbooks to grow into both.
CRO is a recovery community organization serving veterans, women and children, and seniors. The mission was strong and the community real, but the brand did not carry either, and the organization needed the materials that make a nonprofit fundable: a clear story, a donor path, and an operating plan.
The mandate: rebrand the organization from the ground up, build its core web presence, and hand leadership the playbooks to run it.
Weldamm found the brand on the building. The exterior wingspread mural became the source of an eight color palette, from deep ocean to warm sand, and the values were set in three words: Belong, Heal, Soar. The donate experience was built as Fuel the Flight, with four giving levels that make generosity legible.
Around the public face, Weldamm delivered the institution's paperwork: a brand bible, an ecosystem blueprint, an execution playbook, a compensation and revenue strategy, donor overview, service agreements, social templates, and a project dashboard.
An identity drawn from the mural: eight colors, three values, one voice.
Homepage, story page, and the Fuel the Flight donate experience.
Ecosystem blueprint, execution playbook, and revenue strategy for leadership.
Giving levels, donor overview, service agreements, and social templates.
CRO now looks like what it is: a place where people land, recover, and take off again. The brand came from its own walls, and the playbooks give the mission a machine.
